The designer
Damien Lebrun, founder and designer of Lebrun Paris
Founder and creative director of the house, Damien Lebrun designs a premium menswear wardrobe in Paris, between modern tailoring, natural materials and urban elegance.

The journey
Inspiration in the street, technique in the workshop
Damien Lebrun draws his inspiration from the street: the way light falls on a wool overcoat, the silhouette of a man crossing a Haussmann boulevard, the geometry of a façade at dusk. But it is in the workshop, spending hours alongside the people who make clothes, that he learns technique and precision of cut. For him, a garment is conceived in the street and built in the workshop.
Trained at ESMOD Paris, where he gained a rigorous technical foundation, he sharpened his eye at the Galeries Lafayette trend office, learning to spot what lasts beyond the season. Winner of a Young Designer Award, he founded Lebrun Paris in Paris.
The market did not need more product. It needed more intention.
The signature
The tonal palette
Building a wardrobe on texture rather than colour. Calm tones that echo one another and are worn together, season after season.
Pocket architecture
Pockets are not decorative; they are designed as functional architecture, for the man who carries his whole life with him.
The materials
Wool, cashmere, cotton and corduroy, chosen for hand and drape. Material first; everything else follows.
References
Architecture, cinema and the street
Architecture
Brutalist geometry, the discipline of raw concrete, presence earned through proportion rather than ornament. Volume comes from the cut.
Cinema
Guy Ritchie's London, the sharply dressed men of Lock, Stock and Snatch, that tension between precise tailoring and street energy.
The street
Paris, Tokyo, London. The man who crosses a crowd, checks his watch, moves on. Real movement in real clothes.
