What are the delivery times?
Standard delivery: France: 2 to 4 business days. Europe: 5 to 7 business days. International: 7 to 12 business days.
Express delivery (optional, Europe & United States): 3 to 5 business days. Rest of the world: 4 to 7 business days.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number as soon as your parcel is shipped.
Is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free on orders over €250 in France and the European Union, and over €400 for the rest of the world (United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Asia, Middle East, Oceania). Below these thresholds: €9.90 in France and Europe, €25 internationally. Express delivery remains available as an option: €15 in France, €14.99 in Europe, €29.99 internationally.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Lebrun Paris ships throughout Europe, to the United States and to many countries worldwide. Shipping costs and options are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination.
How can I track my order?
An e-mail containing your tracking number is sent to you as soon as your order ships. In case of any issue or delay, contact us at contact@lebrunparis.com quoting your order number.
Returns
Can I return an item?
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return (including the 14-day legal right of withdrawal in the European Union). The item must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging, with all tags attached and accompanied by a copy of your invoice.
Are returns free?
Returns are free for orders over 250 €. Otherwise, return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the item is defective or in the event of an error on our part.

Do you offer exchanges?
