French Manufacturing - Bagnolet Atelier 100% Made in France | Lebrun Paris

French manufacturing: a unique atelier in Île-de-France for 100% Made in France elegance

Lebrun Paris designs a premium men's wardrobe, 100% Made in France. Our commitment is simple and demanding: to have every stage of garment-making done in France, in a single human-scale atelier, with noble materials chosen from leading European supply chains.

A single atelier in Bagnolet, Île-de-France

All our garment-making takes place in a single atelier located in Bagnolet (Seine-Saint-Denis, 93), at the gates of Paris. It is a human-scale French atelier bringing together around 50 craftspeople: cutters, machinists, finishers, pressers, quality controllers. Each piece is followed individually there, from unpacking the cloth to final packaging.

Working with a single atelier allows for a rare level of exigence: we know every craftsperson, we follow every piece, and we master both lead times and manufacturing consistency.

100% Made in France: every stage of garment-making in France

Lebrun Paris is 100% Made in France in terms of the essential stages of manufacturing: cutting, assembly, construction, finishing and quality control are entirely carried out in France.

  • Cutting: carried out in France, at the Bagnolet atelier.
  • Construction and assembly: Bagnolet atelier.
  • Hand finishing: buttonholes, hems, linings: Bagnolet atelier.
  • Final quality control: Bagnolet atelier.
  • Digitisation and grading of patterns: entrusted to a specialised technical partner located in Lieusaint (Seine-et-Marne, 77).

We explicitly mention the digitisation and grading in Lieusaint for one simple reason: transparency. Every manufacturing stage remains in France; only the upstream technical stages (digitisation and grading of patterns) are outsourced to a specialised French partner in the 77.

Noble materials: European origins

Made in France does not stop at making: it begins with the choice of material. Our cloths are selected from leading European supply chains, mainly in Europe, Italy and England, textile traditions renowned for wool, cashmere, cotton and tailoring drapes.

  • Virgin wool and wool-cashmere: Europe (Italy, England).
  • Premium cotton and poplin: European supply chains.
  • Tailoring drapes: leading European mills.

To learn more about our cloths and their specificities, see our Fabrics page and our glossary of noble materials.

Why a single atelier changes everything

Many brands subcontract their garment-making to several ateliers, sometimes in several countries. Our choice of a single atelier in Île-de-France has three direct consequences:

  • Consistent quality: every piece comes out of the same atelier, with the same machines, the same hands, the same standards. No variation between two runs.
  • A direct dialogue: every model is fine-tuned in the presence of the pattern-maker and the head of the atelier. No intermediary. This makes it possible to adjust a cut, test a new finish, or correct immediately.
  • Traced responsibility: every piece carries the signature of an identifiable atelier, subject to French labour law, with regulated social conditions.

Small batches: a deliberate choice

We manufacture in small batches: between a few dozen and a few hundred pieces per model, depending on the product. This avoids overstock, limits discounted end-of-line runs, and lets the atelier work calmly, without industrial pace.

This mode of production is also the one that best fits a logic of quiet luxury: fewer pieces, better made, designed to last.

At Lebrun Paris, Made in France is not a label; it is a way of producing. Every stage of crafting our garments takes place in France, in the Paris region, in ateliers specialising in high-end menswear.

Respect for the artisans, respect for the environment, respect for the man who wears the garment. At Lebrun Paris, every piece carries the heritage of French savoir-faire and the vision of a more demanding, more conscious, more elegant menswear.

What Made in France means at Lebrun Paris

When we say Made in France, we mean the entire manufacturing process. Cutting the fabrics, assembling the pieces, the finishings and the final quality control are all carried out in France. We do not have garments assembled abroad to add a French label afterwards.

French artisanal savoir-faire

Our garments come to life in French ateliers specialising in contemporary tailoring.

Artisans who master gestures passed down from generation to generation, yet who also know how to innovate to meet the demands of the modern man.

Every cut is designed to follow movement, every finishing is checked by hand. This is not production: it is craftsmanship in the noblest sense of the word.

Designed in Paris, made in France

At Lebrun Paris, French manufacturing is not a sales argument. It is a conviction. Since the House was founded, every garment is entirely designed, cut and assembled in France, from the first sketch to the final stitch.

We carry this choice with pride, because it gives meaning to every piece that leaves our ateliers. Noble materials selected with exacting care

French manufacturing begins long before the atelier. It begins with the choice of materials.

We work with the finest spinning mills to select virgin wools, exceptional cashmeres and superior-quality cottons.

Fabrics that breathe, that drape with elegance and that age with grace. Because a well-made garment is, first of all, a well-chosen cloth.

Traceability as a commitment

Making in France also means guaranteeing complete traceability.

We know every link in our production chain. From the spinning mill to the workshop, every stage takes place on French soil.

This closeness allows us to control quality at every moment and to respond with precision.

No superfluous middlemen, no compromise on execution.

Considered production, far from fast fashion.

We produce in limited series, deliberately.

This model lets us guarantee the excellence of every piece without ever sacrificing quality for volume. At Lebrun Paris, we do not follow the pace of disposable fashion.

We take the time to do things well, to create garments that last and that are worn season after season.
