Shipping policy
Shipping
International shipping
We welcome orders from all over the world and can deliver anywhere.
The parcel will be dispatched from Paris. Shipping time is generally 2 to 7 days for most countries worldwide, but may occasionally take up to 10 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). If needed, we also offer the option of express shipping.
Shipping and handling fees will be calculated for you at checkout.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding international orders.
Orders shipped to the wrong address
Please check your delivery address to make sure it is up to date with your current address details, and not a previous address automatically saved by your computer. If the parcel is lost due to an incorrect address, we cannot be held responsible. If your order is returned to us, we will contact you to obtain your new address. We will then ask you to pay the full shipping cost to deliver the products to the correct address. This amount may be higher than the original shipment, where we took it upon ourselves to offer a lower shipping rate.
Returns
We only want our customers to be happy. If you have genuinely changed your mind, that's all right, it happens: we can accept returns up to 30 days after the parcel is received. Contact us at contact@damkoparis.com. Return shipping costs, however, remain the buyer's responsibility. Thank you for your understanding.
Plastic-free and recycled packaging
We strive to use virtually no plastic in our business. Don't be surprised if your parcel arrives in a box we have reused. We strongly encourage you to give a second, third, etc. life to all this packaging by reusing it for your own needs. As a last resort, you can recycle it.
Customs, import duties and taxes
Customs fees or national taxes (e.g. VAT) on international shipments are charged on the basis of random checks. This is why we do not include them in our prices. Any such fees are determined by customs when the shipment reaches its first stop in your country. This process may delay the delivery of your order, and it is unfortunately beyond our control. These fees must be borne and paid by the customer importing the goods into their country.
If you have any questions about these potential fees, please contact your country's customs service to obtain accurate information on the regulations and costs. Please note that we are required to state the actual sale value of the goods on customs forms, and that we cannot label parcels as a "gift" or "sample" to save on import duties (unless of course it really is a gift or a sample from us).
